Gallop Crown is a community esports competition platform for Umamusume: Pretty Derby players. We collect only information necessary to operate tournaments, maintain leaderboards, and coordinate matches:

• Discord Account Information: Discord user IDs, usernames, and profile avatars when you register or authenticate.
• Tournament Records: In-game Trainer IDs, submitted Trainee profiles, race placements, and scoring history.
• Technical Logs: Minimal aggregate usage telemetry provided by Vercel Analytics to maintain site stability.

2. How We Use Information

We process participant data exclusively for the following operational purposes:

• Verifying team eligibility and enforcing tournament rulebook limits.
• Publishing public match results, bracket progression, and seasonal standings.
• Communicating schedule notices and ban-phase updates via our Discord server.
