Season 3 Team Registration

Team registration for Season 3 is conducted directly through the official Gallop Crown Discord community server in the #team-application channel.

Submit Your Roster in Discord

Designated Team Managers submit team names, 2 Main Trainers, and optional Reserve Trainers in the #team-application channel.

Registration Steps for Team Managers

STEP 01

Join Gallop Crown Discord

Join the official Discord server. All participating team members must be present in the server.

STEP 02

Assemble Your Roster

Finalize your mandatory core of 2 Main Trainers and up to 2 optional Reserve Trainers.

STEP 03

Submit in #team-application

Navigate to the #team-application forum channel and post your application using the pinned format.

STEP 04

Admin Confirmation

Admins review submissions, assign team roles, and verify compliance with Season 3 guidelines.

Roster Requirements Checklist

2 Main Trainers: Mandatory per team (reduced from 3).
0–2 Reserve Trainers: Optional backup trainers.
Active Match: 2 trainers compete per match, fielding 3 Trainees total.
No Rank Cap: Trainees of all stat levels are allowed.
Max 1 Debuffer: Trainee with more than 2 white or 1 gold debuff skills.
Opening Round: Scheduled for approx. Sept 28 – Oct 4.
